Delivery Policy

Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via First Class Royal Mail and I normally aim to despatch your order within a maximum of 48 hours. Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Air Mail service and will, again, be processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

THE LAST OFFICIAL POSTING DATE FOR 1ST CLASS UK ORDERS IS FRIDAY 2OTH DECEMBER. FOR ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE, I WILL NEED TO SEND BY THE SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED SERVICE. EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY AND YOU WILL BE INVOICED AT A LATER DATE. MY PRIORITY IS TO GET YOUR ORDER TO YOU ON TIME!

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are weight based according to the Royal Mail's schedule of First Class Postage fees. Standard Royal Mail charges will apply up to a maximum weight of 10kg (United Kingdom), 4kg (Europe) and 2kg (Rest of World). If your items have a combined weight that exceeds these limits, then the website will request that you contact me to discuss delivery options. NB If you live in a country where customs fees may be payable e.g. US or Australia, then these fees will be your own responsibility.
